Individual therapy
Individual therapy is offered to youth and adults in the State of New Hampshire or Massachusetts via telehealth or in my office location at 137 Epping Rd., Suite 203 Exeter, NH. Starting with an intake appointment (up to 60 minutes), we will review your needs and preferences for effective treatment, relevant background information, and any present concerns that bring you to therapy. As a result of your intake appointment, you can expect a working diagnosis and treatment plan. Ongoing therapy sessions are scheduled and billed in 30 and 50-minute appointments, though typically the 30-minute appointments are more appropriate once you feel you’ve begun to make some progress towards your goals. Family sessions may also be scheduled as indicated. Navigate to the Fees Page for current rates, and note that I do not bill insurance. Ready to get started? Click here to schedule your intake appointment.
If you are unsure if I may be a good fit to support your goals and preferences for therapy, I encourage you to schedule a free 15-minute consultation before booking your intake appointment. Please proceed to the Contact Page to schedule your 15-minute consult.
group therapy
Group Therapy offers many benefits including creating a sense of community and motivation by connecting with others. Many people find groups to be a cost-effective option that offers enhanced opportunities for insight, reflection, and coping. Group therapy may be beneficial as a standalone intervention, though is often complimentary to individual therapy. Groups are offered virtually unless otherwise specified. Please contact me to discuss or register for any of the following upcoming groups:

Substance Use Evaluations
A substance use evaluation, or what is sometimes referred to as a “LADC evaluation” is an evaluation performed by a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC) or a Master Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (MLADC) for the purpose of understanding whether someone has a substance use disorder and possible co-occurring mental health disorder, the impact of the disorder(s) on functioning, and whether further treatment is indicated. Most often, these evaluations are court ordered as a result of legal occurrences, and as such, you should be prepared to provide relevant documentation explaining the court’s requirements for an evaluation, and an arrest report if applicable. Other circumstances in which a substance use evaluation may be requested include recommendation by another provider who does not specialize in substance use evaluation and treatment, at the encouragement of a family member or loved one, or through some form of intervention.
Substance use evaluations are scheduled in 90-minute increments. As the process involves gathering information and history through discussion as well as completion of assessments, an additional meeting of up to 90 minutes may be required to gather all necessary information. After all the information is collected, you can expect to have the written evaluation completed within 7-10 days, unless otherwise discussed. Navigate to the Fees Page for current rates; please note that insurance companies do not reimburse for these evaluations, nor do I bill insurance for services. Schedule your Substance Use Evaluation by clicking here. Unsure if this is the type of evaluation you’re looking for? Schedule a free 15-minute consultation first by proceeding to the Contact Page.
